Privacy notice
Last updated 13 August 2026. This notice explains how Systemagentgrid handles personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where relevant, other applicable laws.
Data controller

What we collect
When you browse, we may process technical logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) needed to operate and secure the site. When you submit the contact form, we process the name, email, optional topic, and message you provide. When you enrol, we additionally process billing details, named-seat lists, and correspondence required to deliver clinics.
We do not ask you to send production customer databases. If a desensitised extract still contains personal data, you remain the controller of that extract; we act only as a transient processor for the clinic session and delete copies according to the retention section below.
Purposes and legal bases
We use enquiry data to reply and to administer enrolment (contract or pre-contract steps). We use logs to keep the site available and to investigate abuse (legitimate interests / PDPA bases for necessary operations). If you accept analytics cookies, we use them only to understand aggregate readership of the journal (consent). You may reject analytics without losing course pages or forms. See Cookies.
Retention
Contact-form messages are kept for 24 months unless a longer period is required for an ongoing enrolment or dispute. Enrolment and invoice records are kept for at least five years to meet Thai accounting expectations. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days. Clinic recordings for a named intake are available to that intake for twelve months, then removed from general access.
Cookie consent stored in your browser (localStorage key systemagentgrid_cookie_consent) remains until you clear site data or change your choice.
Your rights
Subject to PDPA conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection, and you may withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Thai Personal Data Protection Committee. To exercise rights, write to info@systemagentgrid.digital with enough detail for us to locate your record. We may need to verify identity before acting.
International transfers
Our studio and primary files sit in Thailand. Some infrastructure (for example font delivery or image CDNs used on this static site) may process requests outside Thailand. Where we transfer enrolment data outside Thailand, we do so only with a mechanism acceptable under PDPA, such as an appropriate contractual safeguard or your explicit consent when that is the lawful path.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it with accountants, email hosting, or professional advisers only as needed to run the studio, and with authorities if required by Thai law. Live clinics may reveal your first name to other named seats in the same intake; that is inherent to a fourteen-person critique format.
Children
Courses are aimed at working professionals. We do not knowingly enrol anyone under 18.
