Acceptance

By browsing this site or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms. If you are enrolling on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not send enrolment fees.

We may revise these terms. The date above is the version that governs until replaced. Continued use after a posted change constitutes acceptance of the new version.

What Systemagentgrid provides

We provide educational materials, live clinics, and office hours about Churn Prediction Analytics. We do not provide credit scoring, consumer reporting, regulated financial advice, or a hosted prediction API. Published prices are informational; a binding enrolment exists only after written confirmation from the Yan Nawa studio.

Your responsibilities

You must not upload production data containing real customer identifiers to any shared clinic channel. Desensitised extracts only. You are responsible for your own warehouse security, licences, and compliance with Thai PDPA or other laws that apply to your datasets.

Seats are named. You may not resell recordings or share clinic links beyond the named participants on your invoice.

Intellectual property

Course videos, worksheets, monitoring-sheet templates, and the text on this website are owned by Systemagentgrid or its licensors. Enrolment grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use those materials for your internal professional development and, where a company seat was purchased, for that company’s internal operations. You may not republish modules, train a public model on our teaching extract, or present our slides as your consultancy product.

Feedback you send may be used to improve the lab without obligation to you, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Third-party content

Images and fonts loaded from third-party providers remain subject to those providers’ licences. Links to other sites are convenience only; we are not responsible for their content.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Instruction is offered “as is.” Analytics outcomes in your production environment depend on your data quality, operations, and choices. We do not warrant a particular lift, AUC, or revenue result.

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Systemagentgrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, arising from use of the site or the courses. Our aggregate liability for a given enrolment is limited to the fees actually paid to us for that enrolment in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
